International Multicultural Network Strongly Condemns Beirut bombing on Tuesday , on August 4, 2020

The  Board of Directors of the International Multicultural Network(IMN), strongly condemned here today, a terrorist attack that targeted innocent citizens, A massive explosion ripped through central Beirut on Tuesday, killing dozens of people, injuring thousands and blowing out windows in buildings across the city.The blast near Beirut's port sent up a huge mushroom cloud-shaped shockwave, flipping cars and damaging distant buildings. It was felt as far as Cyprus, hundreds of miles away, and registered as a 3.3 magnitude earthquake in the Lebanese capital. Head and Founder of the IMN, Dr.Khayala Mammadova  expressed sincere condolences to the families of the victims, wishing the wounded speedy recovery.

Two explosions shook Beirut — the second one much larger than the first, carrying enough force to overturn cars, damage and shake buildings across the city and strew, debris over a wide area.The larger explosion, at 6:08 p.m., blew out the glass from balconies and windows of buildings several miles away from the port and at least one building collapsed from the force of the blast.
