University of Saint Louis , a CICM Catholic Institution  of Higher Learning in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, through its center Center for Social Innovation , Local Knowledge and Educational Research  , University Research and Development Center  and International Multicultural  Network conducted the 2^nd  International Research Conference on Local Knowledge and Indigenous Studies with the theme , “ Local Knowledge and the Fourth Industrial Revolution” on January 29-31,2020.

The 2^nd International Research Conference on Local Knowledge and Indigenous Studies organized by the University of Saint Louis-Center for Social Innovation, Local Knowledge and Educational Research in partnership with the International Multicultural Network  invited teachers and students to share  and to discuss their researches and studies.
