The multiculturalism
connects people, connects ideas, connects the spirits, connects thoughts. When
we accept the idea of multiculturalism, we implicitly accept the idea of
non-discrimination. Furthermore, the observance of the rights of our time and
those of us to reveal the existence of tolerance and diversity. However, such a
diversity should not, in our opinion, to
cancel the identity of the spirit.
In other words, accepting diversity (tolerance, multiplicity of ideas and opinions, habits), we also accept the identity of the spirit which makes it possible such a diversity. The subtlety of such events expresses, in the end, "the encryption and the decryption" of multicultural reality. But the secret of such overtones consists, in our opinion, in the very form of education on which we accept it and which we promote in the company. Education, the way in which this is promoted in the public space (both real space and virtual) represents today the most obvious form of the multicultural reality expression. . On the other hand, if we are allowed a play on words, the multiculturalism connects people, and the man of the company of today is the reflection of multiculturalism. In this respect, it is advisable to say that multiculturalism should not be identified in any way with the idea of globalization.

The
two forms must be unbundled from the universe of discourse of the human
understanding just by the fact that multiculturalism connects, unites, but never strays such spirits. The thoughts,
opinions, traditions, whatever these, can live together at the same time. By
globalization it is carried out a process of assimilation of the diversity into
“An everything” that can generate (and even generates in some places in the
world) discontent, loss of identity, conflicts etc Therefore, the society of today exists and is manifested in its pure forms through multiculturalism. (Re)building/()building
reality, the multiculturalism becomes demanding with its own forms of
manifestation, assuming its own existence and referring to the idea of a new
paradigm. In other words, it becomes tolerant with itself under the principle
of being together between now and future. Therefore, the multiculturalism as a
result of the multiculturality reveals
the need of valorizing specific creator act of human nature. The logic of
multiculturalism is a versatile one, the one in which we have been able to talk
about the values of truths which interconnected between them give rise to
"possible worlds”. There are worlds in which the problems of cultural
differences could find solving by means of the appeal to the idea of education,
tolerance, socializing and interethnic by thoughts and ideas in good faith.
Consolidating a multicultural society reiterates the very idea of the value and
cultural equity.
Furthermore,
appreciating a culture can acquire legitimacy in the extent to which it is
supported the idea of acceptance of the new rules on the inside of the universe
of speech.
Such a normative multiculturalism
document may be the subject of a contextual analysis has national
representation at the level of interpersonal relationships. Moreover, it
acquires the cultural legitimacy by forms of expression found in the space of
interpersonal relationships. In these conditions, multiculturalism means the
development and the valorization of the heritage of its own and of those with which is carried out for a common spiritual
cohabitation. Romania is one of the countries in which he multiculturalism is
to its home.
Representative dimensions for such
status are validated by the presence in the Romanian geographical space of the
very presence of a variety of nationalities. Thus, we can talk about the presence of
ethnic groups that live alongside Romania, such as: Ukrainians, Poles, Germans, Serbs,
Bulgarians, Tatars, Turks, Slovaks, etc. There are representative groups for the idea of multiculturalism
(interculturalism is understood that the idea is implicitly included in such a
universe of discourse). All these ideas are
justified primarily by the very high level of education found in Romanian
schools. Moreover, the specifics of such multiculturalism is given the permissiveness of laws and good
coexistence between Romanian people and such ethnic groups. Moreover, the
educational environment is conducive to support the idea of multiculturalism,
and proof of this are the supporting and
promotion education policies in terms of
learning foreign languages in school from an early age. However, such a step is completed in the system primary school, secondary school,
undergraduate and postgraduate school , as well as by specific training in this
regard. In this way, encouraging
learning a foreign language opens cultural doors , facilitating access to
cultural, economic, social development of a specific community. Therefore, the spirit of coexistence and mutual acceptance is in
the Romanian benchmarks best practices in the exploitation of oneness in
diversity.
