BA Hons Cardiff University and MA University of Kent
at Canterbury. Neil has been a journalist for 20 years and has worked
at The European Azerbaijan Society (TEAS) since March 2009, which promotes the
business, culture of Azerbaijan on a pan-European level. He writes a monthly
magazine on Azerbaijani politics, economics
and culture that is distributed to all UK MPs, MEPs, French and Belgian Senators
and German Bundestag members, in addition to writing and editing other
publications, speeches, press releases, and material for websites. Neil also
undertakes TV interviewing and is closely involved in the organisation of
political and cultural events relating to Azerbaijan. He has lectured on
geopolitics at Samara University in Russia.
